This exhibition has been urgently organised to alleviate some of the terrible consequences of the current war in Ukraine. Global Conferences have gathered dozens of the best Ukrainian artists to present more than 200 of their artworks in the bustling environment of Canary Wharf. In collaboration with Canary Wharf Group, UK for Ukraine: Support Through Art, will unite painters and artists of various fields, allowing you to experience a vibrant palette of Ukrainian culture. Many people have turned to art for solace and as a means of expressing themes of conflict, displacement, and grief. Visual art grants us a universal mode of communication, transgressing usual language barriers, and allowing a unique insight into the minds of others. These works will be available for the public to purchase, with prices ranging from £100 to £14,000 and proceeds going to charity to provide first aid supplies, food and clothing for refugees fleeing Ukraine. In addition to artwork sales, there will be donation points in the Lobby, One Canada Square and Canada Place mall. Both exhibition sites will be manned by representatives from Global Conferences (organiser) to facilitate sales and donations.
Note, the exhibition in Canada Place will end on Sunday 1 May.

Richmond Art Society Virtual Summer Exhibition 2020 from July 4, 2020
It has been a difficult time for artists: the stress of lockdown has upset the rhythm of creative activity for many people, discretionary spending has plummeted and all the usual outlets for art sales vanished overnight back in March. The Richmond Art Society’s decades-long tradition of Summer Exhibitions has been interrupted for the first time in living memory.
In such circumstances artists find themselves confined to the virtual world, and herein RAS exhibition is taking place online.
I am honoured to be part of the society and pleased to have two of my works on show.
